Not to be a total suck-up, but, I have to say I agree completely with our Webmistress of the Dark in her assessment of the live episode. But, having gotten through it at least semi-intact, the concluding "Point:Counterpoint" card thing was worth it for the obscure(?) reference to "Ant" alone -- still the single ballsiest waste of 0:11:15 in animation history (and that's with all due respect to 2021's infamous ode to the Mary Tyler Moore Show's "dark" episode.)

PS: And why doesn't a REAL theater chain pick up and run with the "ATHF:MFFT" opening and use it as their standard "Turn Your Cell Phones OFF and SHUT THE FUCK UP!" trailer running before any R-Rated film they're screening? Yes, I have a dream.

The live action episode was just okay. It had its funny parts. I loved the Carl they chose, he did a great job. As for Frylock and Shake I was disappointed to say the least. All I could here when Shake was talking was Coach McGuirk and as for T-Pain's voice box thing, we got it, it's T-Pain.
The personality of Shake is what really threw me off. He's supposed to be an asshole and that's why we like him.
Might have been better if it was longer but I didn't really have my hopes up too high as I didn't really care for the movie. (Best part was the opening.)

FYI: The black cop that was behind Officer George Lowe was Carey Means (the voice of Frylock.) I'm not sure who the other guy was. I'll have to check with the peeps over at Radical Axis.

I realize I'm too damn old to use this sort of "hipster" jargon, but I gotta say it... George Lowe ROCKS! Whether he's humming while tracking an ant or issuing decrees from Standards & Practices (I went to an Up-Front wearing only a custom name tag saying "Standards & Practices" a couple of years ago and I swear it's what got me laid), I simply have to hear his voice and it puts a smile on my face.

my favorite episode was the SIRENS, JOHN KRUK one. lmao, AUTO-TUNE NYMPHOS..classic!
